Normal production times are 4-6 weeks; however, we recommend wedding orders be placed 60 days in advance to avoid any delays.

Each mug comes individually wrapped in a simple, but elegant brown gift box.

A proof of your design will be sent along with the invoice.  Payment confirms the design for engraving. Once the order is submitted, we’re not able to make changes to a design.  

If you’re not sure which design to choose and would like to see multiple options with your information, we can offer two proofs free of charge. For additional proofs, we charge a design fee of $25.00.  If you’d like to see more than one proof, please email info@coppermugs.com.

Roosevelt shaped mugs have an engravable space of approximately 7cm in length by 8cm in height.  Original and Barrel shaped mugs have an engravable space of approximately 7cm in length by 4cm in height. Designs and logos are re-sized for best fit.

We ship from our warehouse in Denver, CO to US and Canada locations. For locations in the US on the West Coast and in the Mid-west, estimate $1.20 additional per mug for shipping. For locations on the East Coast, estimate $1.40 additional per mug. These estimates may be high for some locations. For Canada, prices vary. For accurate shipping costs, please email us the delivery zip code and quantity.

Each item is handmade and made to order in our production facility in India. Due to the nature of handcrafts, there may be slight variations between items. We recommend reviewing your order when it is received for any errors or items that may have been damaged during shipping. If there are any issues with your order, we ask that you notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns of customized items but we will replaced items deemed defective or damaged.

Made-to-order hammered mugs are first made with a smooth surface. The logo or design is applied during the production of the mug. The mug are then hammered around the engraving so the two don’t overlap. In-stock mugs are engraved over the hammered finish using a machine engraving process.

Yes, we can accept most file types including jpeg, pdf, png, eps.  Vector type images are best.  Shading and color does not engraving.  Clear lines and definition in your design will create the best engraving.

After you complete the checkout process, we’ll email you a design mockup that you can then approve. Once approved, mugs take 4-6 weeks for production.

Unfortunately, no. Shipping is separate and priced at checkout.

Engraving is free with any order of 50. If you’re ordering under 50 mugs, use this form for your request. There may be additional fees.

For made-to-order mugs, there is a minimum order quantity of 50 for each style and design.  For example, to order 2 different logos/designs, 100 mugs (50 of each) would be required.  For in-stock mugs, there is no minimum required; however, there is a set up fee for each logo/design file.

Adding personalization, such as different names on each mug, the in-stock option would need to be chosen.
