We take pride in hand-crafting each of our mugs without copper plating. It is, of course, a barware must-have for cocktail lovers alike. SHIPPING: In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days via UPS or USPS. UPS and USPS typically deliver within 3–5 business days using ground service but varies depending on location. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

RETURNS: We take great pride in our products, emphasizing exceptional design, quality, and craftsmanship. Please inspect your purchase upon receipt and let us know of any damage so we can arrange a prompt replacement. 

Most items can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the merchandise value, provided they are in new, unused condition and in original packaging.

Please note, we cannot accept returns for monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, or items damaged from normal wear and tear.
